Elizabeth Wilson - Mortgage Broker
Following graduation from Newcastle University in 2001 Liz Wilson was selected into a graduate program with Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Liz became a branch lender and relief branch manager within nine months of entering the program.
Whilst working at a branch was enjoyable, Liz wanted to bring more options to clients, and offer a distinct service where being caught up in transactional products was not the core focus.
Wilson Financial was therefore founded in 2003 based in Ultimo Sydney from 2003 to 2005. In 2005 to 2010 Liz moved to Port Douglas in Queensland's Far North. Exposing her to regional lending, and the large self employed market. Liz won the prestigious “Young Gun of the Year” and “Rookie of the Year” at the 2008 Australian Mortgage Awards in Sydney, even though she felt like she was living at the end of the earth, going to the Australian Mortgage Awards and taking out two iconic distinctions that night was a good win for regional lending.
In 2010 Liz moved the business to Bowral in the Southern Highlands, where she now has three children with her chef partner. Liz's expertise with Self Employed clients, and her now 18 years finance experience means she can offer an unprecedented level of service, acting as a singular point of contact to manage your financial needs from inception to completion. Liz’s philosophy is simple, “provide the best customer service solution, it's about customers for life”. At its core, Liz’s professional service is founded on the bedrock objective of your long-term financial security and wealth accrual.

Chris Tracey - Commercial and Mortgage Broker
Chris Tracey moved to the Southern Highlands in 2016 and has been operating as a local broker since then. He decided to jump over to the Wilson Financial team in late 2019 to work within a team and offer diversified services.
Chris has a wealth of business, commercial and residential finance experience having worked for three of the four big banks across thirty years. He has been a small business owner himself, loves photography, and is the business's resident sci fi expert. He is a fantastic all rounder for all those self employed clients and can assist with any type of finance inquiry.

Abby Doyle - Mortgage Broker
Abby joined Wilson Financial in 2014 after leaving a large local accounting firm, so has a good understanding and background in figures.
She has a positive vibe and a can-do attitude. Abby specialises in first home buyers, refinancing, construction lending, yes she does it all! Abby is also our resident non-conforming specialist. There is nothing she can't handle! She loves a challenge.
Abby and husband Rick welcomed their first child into the world, gorgeous baby Scarlett during 2016 followed by Emily in 2018 and new baby Isaac this winter.
In Abby's spare time you'll find her bending it like Beckham on the soccer field, sewing, cooking or enjoying a hot cup of tea whilst catching up with friends.

Kath Tracey - Mortgage Broker
Kath has been a finance broker for 11 years working with a team in one of the largest accounting firms in Sydney’s South West. She has great experience in home lending, equipment finance and small business lending. She moved to Mittagong in 2016 and wanted to work within the local community and has now taken her chance to do so as we expand our business.
Kath has also worked in one of the major banks as well as time spent with QBE in their workers compensation and consumer credit teams so has a great level of experience to bring to the team.
Personally, she has become an avid golfer, loves to read and is looking forward to helping local clients as loves living in the Southern Highlands.

With a sturdy sixteen years in finance, spanning two local banks and entering the broking world in 2015, Wendy has some experience to offer that packs some punch!
Being a mortgage broker is Wendy’s favourite aspect of being in lending, as she love to tap into the thirty plus lenders on panel, which provides solutions for all of our client’s needs. Wendy’s number one passion is the first home buyers. As well, she is passionate about helping those achieve their goals to start to build an investment portfolio, renovate their dream home, build, or simply save thousands on a refinancing. Every day opens up new opportunities which she enjoys. Who said finance wasn’t fun? It is!!

Nick and his wife recently welcomed a baby into their family, and so he understands the importance of having a wealth protection plan in place to support and care for the family unit.
In his spare time, Nick enjoys doing Muay Thai, rowing, bush walking, and mountain biking.
