The Virtual Entries are open for submissions via photos posted to our Facebook Bake-Off Group. The Virtual Entries close on 22 May at 9am. This is to enable our team to collate the entries and submit them for judging.
LIVE - Entries close 25th May 9am - bring your cake to The Mill Bowral on the day, or leave at Wilson Financial the prior afternoon
For the Adults, Kids, Tweens & Teens categories, your entry must be submitted on 25 May between 8.45am and 9.30am.
Judging will commence at 9.30am with the results to be announced at 12pm.

- Virtual Adult: Open to all our non-local friends, or those that cannot make the date. As with the past 2 years, submit 3 photo’s to our Biggest Morning Tea Bake Off Group. 1 of you baking, 1 of the final baked item, and 1 cross-section to show the inner consistency.
- Virtual Kids - All ages! Same rules apply as for the Virtual Adult category - entries close 22nd May

- To enter you must make a donation for the correct entry fee to our donation page (see above and see donation page for details)
- Valid VIRTUAL entries must include 3 photographs - 1st Picture - The item being made, 2nd Picture - the finished product, and 3rd Picture - A cut slice that clearly shows the cross-section. Sorry, we cannot accept incomplete entries!!
- Please ensure when posting to our Facebook page that you make mention of the category you are entering.
- Items entered into the virtual are judged by the photos, items judged for the live must be brought in for judging.
- Items entered into the judging for the live will be consumed by the public, and can compete for the 'peoples choice' award!
- The baked goods will be judged by employees of Gumnut Patisserie.
- Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd for the Adult and Kids (kids & teens & tweens) categories, a People’s Choice award, a Professional Bakers award the virtual categories are kids, teens and tweens, and adults.
- To be fair we will only accept entries from home cooks in the adult and kids categories, professional bakers must enter their own category.
- Entries for our VIRTUAL can be submitted between now and the 22nd May 9am.
- By entering the competition, you agree to your photo being used on our social media platforms to promote the fundraiser.
- Eligible categories Adult, Kids (0-10), Teens & Tweens (11-16), Professional Baker. The virtual categories are limited to Adult & Kids.
- All goods must be BAKED - they can be sweet or savoury, but simply must be baked.
- Winners will be announced on the 25th May 2023.
